川柳(senryu)…Japanese humor poem
"senryu" is poem with a fixed of 17(=5+7+5) sound by Japanese reading.
and "senryu" needs humor by all means.

Election campaign speech in front of the station ―駅前選挙演説― 選挙区が 別だよ？駅を 降りる人 [Translation] Every morning, the candidate are making his speech eagerly, because the election starts soon. But we who got off the station can not vote on him, because we live in the different constituency. [Comment] ... it is empty. We don't have the meaning to read his handbill.
